Ingredients

Jennie-O Turkey Store Sausage Turkey Italian Sweet (1 link), 1 serving (remove casing)
Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites, 1.5 cup
Green Giant Seasoned Steamers Backyard Grilled Potatoes, 2 cup
Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
*black pepper, coarse ground, 1 tsp

Tips

You can change this up and use left over baked sweet or regular taters.. I used the green giant taters because it's what we had and it's seasoned. The other go to is O'Brien hash browns which of course are lower but if you can do more from scratch it's better but this in a pinch for quick works awesome. Mix and match veggies.. Great way to sneak veggies in and feel full.

Directions

Microwave frozen items to thaw them out (taters -Green giant steamer) & broccoli. Use cooking spray on your skillet and toss you italian sausage remove the casing off and discard just brown the meat once cooked add the taters and broccoli onion powder and garlic and pepper. Finally add the eggwhites and mix it up all well til eggs are fluffy and mixed in with all of the veggies.
