    1 full chicken breast (2 halves)
    1 bag of frozen oriental stir fry vegetables
    1 cup rice (uncooked)
    4 tbsp lite teriyaki sauce
    1 tbsp olive oil


Cut the chicken into 1 in cubes
Cook in a heated pan (wok) until done.
Add in teriyaki sauce and vegetables and cook until vegetables are tender.
Serve over rice.

Makes 4 servings.
