Ingredients

    1 lb. Bacon, cooked crisp
    1 lb. Whole Wheat Macaroni
    5-6 Roma tomatoes, chopped small
    6 stalks green onions, finely chopped
    1 c. mayo
    1/4 c. vinegar (white or cider)
    1 tbsp black pepper
    salt to taste

Directions

Cook macaroni, drain well. Add macaroni to large mixing bowl with mayo and vinegar. Mix well. Add tomatoes, onions and crumble bacon over macaroni. Mix well. Add salt and pepper. Mix well. Serve warm or cold.
