Ingredients

1/2 Head Cauliflower, medium (5-6" dia.)
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp. Basil
1 tsp. Oregano
3/4 cup (3 oz.) Mozzarella Cheese, part skim
2 Egg whites, beaten
Tips
-There is cheese in the crust, so you can save calories by NOT adding any to the top!
-Don't forget about Alfredo sauce, it makes a great chicken-broccoli pizza, and is available in reduced calorie varieties.
-Use only pre-cooked meat for pizza toppings.
Directions
-Preheat oven to 400
-Grease cookie sheet with olive oil. You can use greased aluminum foil.
-Chop cauliflower into chunks. Grate in food processor or with cheese grater.
-Sautee cauliflower in a non-stick skillet over med. heat until translucent. (6-8 min.)
-In a bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower with all remaining ingredients.
-Spread "dough" evenly over pan or foil, about 1/4" to 1/3" thick. (About 9"-10" diameter).
-Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden, crispy on the edges and cooked through the middle.
-Top with sauce and toppings. (not too many heavy toppings, as it will weigh down the crust).
-Broil pizza for 5 minutes or until the toppings are hot and the cheese is melted.
-Allow to cool for 3-5 min.
-Cut & serve.
