Introduction
Trying to make my usual pancakes a little more healthy and still taste good! Trying to make my usual pancakes a little more healthy and still taste good!Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients

1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp stevia
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp maca powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1 1/4 cup almond (or coconut) milk light
3 tbsp oil (I combined hazelnut oil and flaxseed)
Tips
if the batter is too thick add more milk to the consistency desired. Add cacoa nibs if you like chocolate chip pancakes. Serve with fruit, honey, agave, or syrup over top.
Directions
Mix dry ingredients, mix liquid ingredients. Add liquid mixture to dry and whisk into batter. Pour batter into 8" fly pan to the size you desire. When air holes appear through pancake and underside is golden brown, flip pancake over and cook until underside is light brown.
