Ingredients

    !0 oz cooked, diced chicken breast
    1/4 c walnut pieces
    1/3 c diced celery
    1/4 c 0% fat greek yogurt
    3T light mayo
    1/2 t salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 t onion powder

    Wraps or lettuce leaves for serving
    Baby spinach for garnish

Tips

We like to serve this in sandwich wraps or lettuce leaves, garnished with spinach.


Directions

Cook chicken breast. Cut into small cubes and refrigerate to chill. Whisk mayo,yogurt, and spices together. Mix with chilled chicken, walnuts and cranberries.
