Ingredients

    1 tbsp lemon juice
    4 tbsp soya milk
    1/4 cup grapeseed oil
    pinch salt
    few drops liquid stevia to taste

Tips

This is a good basic recipe, you can add garlic to make it in to garlic aioli,toasted sesame oil to make it a sesame aioli etc. It is very easy to double or triple this recipe. Alter it to suit your personal taste! To make it lower fat you can add a dash of guar gum at the start, make sure it is well blended then reduce the amount of grapeseed oil.


Directions

Add soya milk, lemon juice and salt to a blender, blend for 30 seconds or until the mixture is nice and fluffy. Add half the oil and blend again for 30 seconds or until the oil is totally assimilated. Add the remaining oil and blend.
