Introduction

No-Bake Energy Bites No-Bake Energy Bites
Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    1 cup oats (I used Quaker quick oats)
    1/2 cup flax seed
    1/2 cup peanut butter (any nut butter will do)
    1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used mini chips)
    1/3 cup honey
    1 tsp vanilla

Tips

I put a little oil on my hands when I was shaping them. Then reapply some oil after a few balls are made. I liked them smaller because they were easier to eat.


Directions

No cooking needed. Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and slowly mix to combine. Does take a little elbow grease to get it to come together. You can make the balls into any size you'd like.
