Ingredients

    4-5 med. potatoes, mashed
    4 tsp. minced onions
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. cream
    1 c. shredded cheddar or mozzarella
    2 cans crab meat, drained
    1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions

Spray baking pan. In a large pan, combine all ingredients together except crab meat and paprika and cook over medium heat until fluffy. Fold in crab meat. Spread in prepared pan. Can also be used as a stuffing inside pasta shells. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
