This orginial recipe has been a family favorite for many years. I have modified the ingredients to make it low fat . The orginial had a topping of crushed saltine crackers. Ingredients

    2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Cooked and Diced
    8 oz Sour Cream, Reduced Fat
    1 Can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 Can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom
    6 oz No Yolks Egg White Pasta Noodles
    1 cup Chicken Broth

Directions

Cook chicken and dice. Cook noodles as directed on package. Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 8

    I have a very very very pickey 15 year old and this is now her favotiate dish:) If she likes it that means it is GREAT:). I also really enjoy this dish and my husband and two younger daughters love it aswell:) - 10/25/09

    I loved it. The 11 month old liked the noodles. The husband and four year olds thought it was ok. But I really liked it and will fix it again. - 6/4/08
