Ingredients

    1/4 cup ground flax seed or flax seed meal
    1 large egg white
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 pinch salt
    1/2 tsp butter

Tips

I top my muffin with low fat cream cheese or dip into over easy eggs..... ENJOY!


Directions

melt butter in coffee mug in microwave for 10-20 seconds. Mix remaining ingredients in mug and microwave for 1 minute.
