Ingredients

    2 tuna fillets
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon freshly ground
    pepper
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 (12-oz) package salad mix with carrots, pea
    pods, cabbage and radishes
    1/2 ripe avocado
    1 clove garlic
    1-1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    1-1/2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
    1-1/2 teaspoons wasabi paste (or substitute horseradish)
    1-1/2 teaspoons plain Greek yogurt

Tips

Serve with Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes


Directions

Sprinkle tuna evenly with salt and pepper; heat
oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high
heat. Sear tuna 2 minutes per side or to desired
doneness; cut into thin slices. Divide salad mix
evenly among 2 serving plates; top with tuna
slices. Process avocado, garlic, vinegar, soy
sauce, wasabi paste and yogurt in a food
processor or blender until smooth. Drizzle
dressing over each salad.
