Ingredients

    2 1/4 cups flour
    3/4 cups granulated sugar
    3/4 cups packed brown sugar
    1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 large eggs
    2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Tips

I let cool on baking sheet for 4 minutes out of the oven then transfer to a wire rack for remainder of cooling time.


Directions

Beat butter, sugar and brown sugar until mixed well. Add vanilla and then one egg at a time until incorporated. Whisk flour, salt and baking powder together and add slowly to the butter mixture. Mix in chips. Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes.

Serving Size: Recipe says 5 dozen but I only got 53 out of this!
