Ingredients

    Mix together:
    Egg Substitute - (6 TBSP)
    Flour - 1/2 Cup
    Almond Milk - 1 cup
    Salt - 1/2 tsp
    Sugar - 2 TBSP

Tips

SPRAY EVERYTHING! :) Can be doubled/tripled as required. Batter holds overnight as well.


Directions

WELL grease a large frying pan. Pour 1/2 of mixture in pan, and use a well-greased knife to cut into fourths when the bottom has settled (it's tricky!) flip each fourth over to finish. We like to serve with some turkey kielbasa.
