Ingredients

    1 avocado cut up
    3 oz rigatoni (cooked)
    1 cup sherry tomatos
    4 oz fresh mozzarella pearls
    4 TBSP Newman's Lite Balsamic Dressing


Tips

You can prepare everything ahead and cut the avocado up just before serving.


Directions

Cook and drain the pasta. Rinse in cold water for a cool salad. Just toss it all together and serve.
