Ingredients

    Three leaves of cabbage
    One long but thin carrot
    1/4 cup of kidney beans (any color would work, i used what I had)
    1 table spoon of Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon of olive oil
    1 teaspoon of black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon of salt.

    Cut the cabbage and carrot and add that to a zip lock bag, and add the beans over that.
    Add the oil, and then add the pepper and salt. Over all those ingredients add the W-sauce.
    Close the bag without letting the air out, and shake it around. I found that it helps to let that sit in the fridge for at least 30 min before eating.
