Introduction

Ingredients

    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    *Chobani Greek Yougurt Plain Nonfat, 1 cup
    Raspberries, 1 cup
    Almonds - sliced, 1/4 cup

Tips

Eat some eggs with it as well if you like, preferable hard boiled. This is actually part of a detoxing diet i tried.


Directions

Step one:
measure out your spinach and place on plate.
Step two:
Measure out raspberries and crush them finely then add into the yogurt and almonds in a separate bowl and mix together.
Step three:
Drizzle as much as you want as a dressing over the spinach and enjoy.
