Introduction

Ingredients

    200 Canadian Bacon
    350 Cabbage, fresh
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    2.50 cup Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
    .25 cup Coconut Milk (Silk)

Tips

You can also use fresh corn in season!
To cut the bacon, it is much easier to do so when it is frozen and you don't need to unthaw before using for the recipe...


Directions

In a skillet - medium heath - sauté the onion with the bacon - 10 min. Add the cabbage and stir frequently - medium heat.

Add corn and milk (and cajun spice to taste) - simmer at low for 15 min until thicken.

Total: 925 gr

Serving Size: 6 servings of 150 gr each
