Ingredients


    2 1/2 cups pumpkin puree

    1/4 cup raw almonds

    1 teaspoon pie spice (or equal parts cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove)

    2 frozen bananas

    1/2 medium pear

    1 cup unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk


Tips

Requires frozen bananas. Calculations done with unsweetened vanilla almond breeze. The recipe barely fit into my blender. Use the large can of pumpkin. A small can has only 1.5 cups of pumpkin.

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
