Ingredients

    For the raita:
    2 spring onions
    3 tbs natural low fat yogurt
    1 tsp mint sauce
    Half a teaspoon of fresh chill

    For the crudités:
    One stick of celery
    One medium carrot
    Half a green pepper

    For the papadoms:
    3 uncooked papadoms

Tips

The chill is nice, but optional. Ordinary onions are also good in this.


Directions

Finely chop the chill and spring onions. Mix togethe all the ingredients for the raita in a small bowl.
Microwave the popadoms one at a time on high, for about 30 seconds, until blistered all over.
In the meantime, cut the vegetables into 1cm strips. Place on a large dish, with the raita in the small bowl. Serve with the podadoms.
