Ingredients

    Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round], 32 oz
    *2 tsp Italian Seasoning, 2 serving
    *Salt (table), 2 tsp
    Garlic powder, 3 tsp
    Garlic powder, 3 tsp

    Egg white, fresh, 2 large
    *Great value old fashion oatmeal, 0.5 cup

Directions

mix all ingredients well, make 24 meat balls, bake in oven on broiler, or a pan with rack in in so meatballs do not sit in the fat that drips from them... bake @ 350 for 25 mins be sure they are cooked though. egg whites help lower your cholesterol and so does oatmeal that is why i use both of those items..
