Ingredients

    Oats, 2 cups
    Egg white, fresh, 2 large
    Linseed, 20 grams
    Organic Coconut Palm Sugar, 3 Tbsp
    Organic Hemp Protein powder 12 tbsp
    Lactose free milk, 1%, 1 cup
    Homemade applesauce, unsweetened, 1.2 cup
    Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp
    Raisins (optional)
    Organic Cocoa powder or chocolate chips(optional)

Tips

Hemp has a strog flavour so if you don't like it use less or switch it with whey protein powder. I got used to the taste because I'm lactose intolerant and I don't find it as bad as some other people (like my bf who hates it :))


Directions

I wanted to make applesauce oatmeal muffins, which I love (sparkpeople recipe: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=5763 ) but I had no flour and a lot of hemp protein which I had to use, otherwise it would go to waste. I used pears and raisins with hemp instead of applesauce and it turned out great also. Just mix the ingredients and bake for 20 minutes. You can also freeze them.
