    Garlic, 1 clove
    Jalapeno Peppers, .5 pepper, seeded and white pith removed
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)

Tips

Can serve with a dollop of greek yogurt (no longer Vegan) and more pumpkin seeds too.
