Ingredients

    1 Banana
    1 Apple (Gala)
    100 g seedless green grapes
    125 g Blueberries (frozen)
    125 g Raspberries (frozen)
    2-2.5 cups of water
    1-2 tsp of fresh ginger root (optional)

Tips

This tastes even better with fresh peppermint leaves, but unfortunately I was out of them at the moment.


Directions

Cut the fruits into smaller pieces and put them in the blender with the berries. Optional: Grate the ginger root and add it to the blender. Add water according to your preference. Blend

Serving Size: Makes up to 5 1-cup servings.
