Ingredients

    1/2 cup raw cashews
    1/2 cup raw hemp seeds
    3 cups water

Tips

Add 1-2 dates to sweeten, if desired.
Add 1 tsp vanilla extract to make vanilla-flavored milk alternative.


Directions

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 2 minutes. Pour into a container and refrigerate. There is no need to strain the milk.
