Introduction

Ingredients

    4oz wholemeal spelt flour
    2tsp baking powder
    1 large egg, beaten
    1tsp Truvia (stevia)
    Enough milk to obtain a soft batter (about 1/4 pt)
    2 sprays 1cal to prime the frying pan

Tips

I make this in an electric waffle maker. Makes 4 large waffles.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together to form a soft, semi-pouring consistency batter. Pour tablespoonfuls into a non-stick pan wiped with 1cal spray. Enjoy with lots of fresh fruit and/or maple syrup.
