    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Green (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    *Kosher Salt, 0.25 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    *Cumin - ground (1 tsp), 2 tsp
    *cayenne pepper, 0.25 tsp
    *Chicken Stock, 1 cup
    *Bell pepper - red, 0.5 cup
    *onion chopped, 0.5 cup
    *garlic, fresh 2 cloves, 1 serving
    *Goya Sazon Seasoning, 1 serving
    2 teaspoons Flour, 1 serving
    1/2 teaspoon coriander, 1 serving
    taco shells or tortilla wraps, 4 serving


Cook meat in olive oil with vegs and seasonings, breaking up meat in small pieces. Sperinkle flour over mixture and mix in for a few mins. Add stock, raise heat and simmer 4 or 5 mins..
