    frozen okra
    low sodium vegetable broth
    curry powder
    tomatoes
    yellow onion

Tips

You could also turn this into a soup by adding more broth.


Directions

Thaw okra. Chop tomatoes and onion. Place all ingredients in a large saute pan and simmer over medium heat until cooked through.
