    1/2 banana
    1/2 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries
    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    2 tbsp ground flaxseed
    2 tbsp vanilla protein (rice protein preferred)

    Blend pour over ice.

Tips

I occasionally use frozen strawberries if I have them.
