    cod fish fillets 3 skinned bones removed
    4 large potatoes diced
    1 bunch spring onions chopped
    200g of low fat fromage frais
    300ml milk
    47grams of cheese


cook the potatoes in a pan of water until tender.
meanwhile place the milk fish and spring onions in a pan and cook for 5- 8 minutes till the fish easily flakes.
mash the potatoes when cooked and add the warm milk fish and spring onions followed by the fromage frais and mix together well.
Place in a heat proof dish and scatter the cheese over the top.
place unter a medium heat grill for 15 minutes and serve

    This is a great and simply delicious recipe. I use a fish pie mix from the fish counter and get a real variety of flavours! This was my first attempt at making a fish pie and my hubby asks for it all the time! Thanks for the recipe! - 1/5/09
