Introduction

This is my go to for pretty much anything. You don't need to add any of the Cayenne or Chilli Powder. Or you can use more! customize it to your enjoyment.

I like to eat this whith whole grain noodles and sliced chicken breast!

Ingredients

    -2 Cups of Skim Milk
    - 3 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese
    - 2-3 Tablespoons of Flour
    -Dash of Salt
    -Dash of Pepper
    -Dash of Cayenne Pepper
    -Dash of Chilli Powder
    -2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
    -3 tablespoons Garlic Powder or 2 Cloves of Garlic
    -1 Cup Grated or Shredded Parmesean Cheese

I adapted it to make it spicier and a bit skinnier.


Directions

-Combine Milk, Cream Cheese, Flour, Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, and Chilli Powder in a blend. Blend until smooth.

-Add butter to a medium sauce pan to melt.

-Add garlic powder of gloves to the butter and brown.

-Add blended mixture to the sauce pan and stir well.

-Bring mixture to a slow bubble boil.

-Turn down heat and slowly add in the parmesan cheese, mixing well.

-Let heat on medium flame for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently.

-Let sauce simmer on low for an additional 5 minutes.

-Remove from heat and cover for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sauce will thicken.

-Enjoy!

Serving Size: makes 2-3 Cups of Sauce
