Introduction

awesome low calorie vegetarian soup! awesome low calorie vegetarian soup!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 large yam
    1 large parsnip
    1 med onion
    20 baby carrots
    celery
    1can diced tomatos
    1 veggie cube
    parsly basit salt pepper garlic to taste
    32 oz water

Tips

you can do this with any veggies you like. I just use what a have on hand that needs to be used soon! you can also use frozen or canned


Directions

cube all veggies, add spices, tomato and water to a heavy lage stock pot. simmer until tender, the longer you cook the thicker it will become as the yam becomes softer

Serving Size: make 10 2 cup servings
