Ingredients

    2 tbs. milk 1%
    2 tbs. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1/3 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup oat bran
    3/4 tsp. B.P
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1.5 cups mashed bananas
    2 tbs. brown sugar
    1/2 cup strawberries, blue berries or any type berries

Tips

eat for breakfast with 1 cup milk, or with 1 boiled egg


Directions

mix all the ingredients together
pour in cupcakes papers lined in a proper pan
bake in a preheated oven on 170 for 20 minutes
