Ingredients

    - 2 cup of strawberries
    - 6 oz (120 grams) of blueberries
    - 1 banana
    - ice

Tips

- If you do not have ice or wish to avoid putting ice, make sure your blueberries are frozen, not thawed and your strawberries are semi unfrozen.

- If you do not wish to use frozen strawberries, use fresh ones. I just buy strawberries from the local farmers market in huge box quantity. Since they are the ones about to go bad, I buy them cheaper and I freeze them for smoothies like this one.
