Ingredients

    0.5 c Silk Organic vanilla soymilk
    2 c fresh spinach
    1 medium cucumber, peeled
    1.5 c frozen unsweetened blueberries
    2 tbsp flaxseed
    1 c ice

Tips

This smoothie is not overly sweet but may not be sweet enough for some. A shot of guava or mango-banana nectar may add to the sugar content, but it'll crank up the flavor if desired.


Directions

Serving Size: Makes approx. 32 oz

Place ingredients in a blender in the order listed except ice. Blend until all ingredients are well incorporated, then add ice. Continue to blend 1-2 mins or to desired consistency.
