Ingredients

1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, or more
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup boiling water
1 (3oz) package Sugar-Free lemon JELL-O
1 (8oz) package low-fat (not fat free) cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup Splenda Granular
1 (12oz) can fat free evaporated milk, well chilled
Directions
Combine the graham cracker crumbs and orange juice in a bowl, tossing until crumbly.
Press into a parchment - bottomed 9" springform pan.
In a small bowl, add boiling water to Jell-O and chill until thick but not set, about 30 minutes.
Separately, beat cream cheese, sugar and Splenda. Set aside.
In yet another bowl, whip milk on high with chilled beaters about 5 - 6 minutes.
Beat into cream cheese mixture and add slightly stiffened JELL-O.
Beat mixture until creamy, but do not over beat to the point of curdling.
Pour over crust.
Refrigerate at least one hour before serving
