Introduction

A hearty stew with lots of veggies! A hearty stew with lots of veggies!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    400g Stewing Beef
    1 Large Onion
    400g Carrots
    400g Potato
    250mL Beef Stock
    750mL Water
    1 Package Beef Stew Seasoning

Directions

- Brown meat
- Chop vegetables into bite sized peices
- Add meat, vegetables, water, beef stock and seasoning into slow cooker (make sure to stir so that the seasoning isn't all on top!)
- Place on low and let cook for 6 to 8 hours

*Note: Add as many veggies as you like! I find adding a cup of frozen veggies into it works great. :)
