Ingredients

    2 oz Cream Cheese
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 Tbs Flax Meal
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamin

Tips

Top with sugar free syrup.


Directions

I use my magic bullet. Put all ingredients in and whiz it up. Let it sit for a few minutes or overnight. Preheat skillet with butter or pam. Cook 2 minutes per side. I flip when it is bubbly on top. Depends on size of your pancakes. I get 3 that are 4 inches each.
