Introduction

Right off your pantry shelf, a pot-luck salad everyone loves! Right off your pantry shelf, a pot-luck salad everyone loves!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 can yellow corn, drained
1 can garbonzo beans, drained & rinsed
1 can red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
1 jar of Neumann's Own medium salsa

Tips

Great as a Tex-Mex flavored side dish, a garnish or a base for other South-of-the-border foods (pile over taco salad, use as a starting place for party-foods!).

Directions

Empty drained corn into large mixing bowl. Empty each can of beans into a colander and rinse well. Drain off excess moisture and add beans to corn. Empty entire jar of salsa over the corn & bean mixture, combine thoroughly. Place mixture in a covered, refrigerator container (I like a Corning Ware casserole) and chill overnight before serving.
