Ingredients

    - Adzuki Beans, cooked, boiled, 2.5 cup
    - Spinach, fresh, 3 cup
    - Edamame, shelled, fresh, 0.5 cup
    - Onion, 0.25 Cup
    - Wizards vegan worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
    - Organic Smokey Maple BBQ Sauce, 2 Tbsp
    - Grd. Cumin, 2 tsp
    - Natural Hickory, Liquid Smoke,0.5 tbsp
    - Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    - Garlic, 1.5 - 2 clove
    - Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    - Coconut flour, Approximately 1/4 Cup
    - Red Masala Powder, 3 tbsp (optional)
    - Quinoa Flakes, 1.5 cup

Tips

- May require more flour, just enough to hold shape

Substitutions:
- Flour can be any preferred flour of choice
- Beans can be substituted for chickpeas, black beans, pinto, etc
- Quinoa Flakes can be substituted for Rolled oats
- Feel free to play with sources of greens
- Season to preferred flavour base


Directions

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit, place parchment on a large cookie sheet.
- In a food processor add 1.5 Cups Adzuki Beans (set aside the rest), then add all remaining ingredients EXCEPT QUINOA FLAKES.
- Pulse until well processed but not completely smooth.
- Pour mixture in a mixing bowl, and add remaining Beans, and quinoa flakes and mix in completely with a fork.
- Separate mixture into 12 equal size balls and form into patties.
- Place patties onto cookie sheet and cook for 15 minutes before flipping and cooking for another 10 mins or until patties begin to slightly brown
- Remove from oven and enjoy
