Ingredients

    1.5 cups Chopped Green Bell Peppers
    1 cup Chopped Red Bell Peppers
    1 cup Chopped Cucumber
    1 lb. Barilla Bowtie Pasta
    4 tbsp. olive oil
    4 tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 tbsp. Basil
    1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

Boil pasta till tender, strain and then rinse with cold water. Chop the vegetables and toss together with pasta in large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, and white wine vinegar. Sprinkle with basil and garlic powder to taste, and mix well. Refrigerate.
