Introduction

Ingredients

    Almond Butter, 1 tbsp
    Flax Seed, ground, 1 tbsp
    Blueberries, fresh, .5 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, 8 medium
    Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered, 3 Tbsp
    Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt (Publix), 1 serving
    Water, 4 oz
    Agave nectar syrup (1Tbsp, 21g), 1 Tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    ice cube, 1/2 cup

Tips

I blend this in either my Ninja or the large Nutri-Bullet container.

I change out the yogurt flavors, as long as they are the fat free version and sometimes I use peanut butter, but the almond butter is more of a neutral flavor and doesn't overwhelm the smoothie.
