Ingredients

    1 apple
    3 bananas
    1/2 cup fresh strawberries
    1/2 cup of pineapple
    2 large slices of sweet oranges
    1/2 cup Blackberries or grapes
    1/2 stalk of celery
    1 roma tomato
    5 slices of cucumber
    Slices or grated ginger to taste
    1-2 cup Kale, Spinach, Mustard Greens, and/or Turnip Greens

Tips

Keep blender blades sharp for best smoothies.


Directions

Add 1 cup purified water to blender first
Add fruits, leave peels on apples, oranges
Blend high 2mins until smooth
Add Greens and ice
