Ingredients

##Sams Club Seasoned Rotisserie Chicken, deboned and skinless about 10 oz of meat
##Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped fine
##Celery, raw, 3 stalk, chopped fine
##*Blue Plate Real Mayo, 8 tbsp
##*Claussen Sweet Pickle Relish, 3 tbsp

Directions

Take all the skin off the chicken and debone. I like to put my chicken in the food processor and grind it down almost like a pate. Add your onions and celery (I also like to chop these really fine in the food processor). Add sweet relish and enough mayo to make it moist but not overly creamy. Add salt, pepper to taste. Chill for 1 hour.
