Introduction

I made this recipe out of my head and I figured id make something different. 1 serving is very filling and full of flavor. My two year old nephew loves it! Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Tuna, Canned in Water, drained, 2 cans
    Barilla Plus Farfalle Mulitgrain Pasta With Omega-3 (Uncooked), 2 1/2 cup
    Milk, canned, evaporated, 1 can
    margarine, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Garlic powder, 3 tbsp
    Onion powder, 2 tbsp
    Basil, 2 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Everglades Seasoning, 1/4 tsp
    Badia Sazon, 1/4 tsp
    Green onion,minced 1/4 cup
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/4 cup
    White Flour, 2 tsp
    Parmesean Grated, 1/4 cup

Tips

- Most of the spices are for taste and can added more or less depending on your preferences
- As I say in ALL my recipes any adjustment to the recipe will change the calorie intake.

Directions

Step 1: Boil the pasta in a separate pot until al dente( don't have to do it al dente that's just how i like the texture).

Step 2: Take another pot and saute the green onion and garlic cloves with the olive oil until brown. Add the tuna and half a can of the milk and bring to a low boil. add the green spices and margarine. saute until melted and add rest of the milk and the remaining spices and the Parmesan. stir until blended and bring to a boil. Add flour and stir sauce until slightly thick.

Step 3: After sauce has thickened add the pasta and stir together and sauce will thicken slightly.

Step 4: Serve and Enjoy!!!!
