Ingredients

1/4 c. Sorghum flour
1/4 c. Millet flour
1/4 c. Potato starch
1/4 c. Tapioca starch
1 Tbsp. Yeast
2 Tbsp powdered milk
2Tsp. Xanthan gum
3/4 c. Warm water
1 1/2 Tsp. Agave nectar
1 Tsp. Olive oil
1 Tsp. Apple cidar vinegar
3/4 Tsp. Salt
Tips
Can add black pepper and/or dry spices of your choice for extra flavor.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°
Put all dry ingredients in food processor. Add wet ingredients. Mix until it pulls away from the sides.
Put dough in a well greases jelly roll pan. Dough will be sticky. Spread very thin. Put hands in warm water as needed to spread. Bake for 13-15 minutes or untill slightly brown on top. Cut into 4 squares.
