Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cooked chicken breast
    1- carrot peeled and chopped
    1 celery chopped
    1/4 cup (6-8 grapes) cut into halves
    I -small apple
    2- tsp to taste thyme
    1/4 to 1/2 cup of Fage 0 % Greek Yogurt
    2 tsp of Dijon Mustard
    Sprinkle of Red Wine Vinegar (or any vinegar)
    1 zest of Lemon with sprinkle of Lemon juice on apples
    salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Used leftover baked chicken breasts. Cut into cubes and mixed all ingredients together

Serving Size: Make 6 3/4 cup servings
