Ingredients

    3/4 cup Quaker Quick 1 min oats - dry, raw
    1 Medium Apple
    1 Navel Orange
    1.5 cups Diamond Breeze Almond Milk, Original (60 cal version)
    8 ice cubes

Tips

Tastes yummy but if you like it sweeter, add a tbsp of Stevia


Directions

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and pulse/blend 1-2 minutes until smooth

Serving Size: Makes one large serving
