Ingredients

    1 cup whole green lentils
    1 small onion finely diced
    1 small tomato chopped
    cilantro
    lemon juice
    salt and pepper

Directions

Lentils sprouts are a very good source of protein. take whole green lentils and soak them overnight. drain out the water next day and wrap them in a damp towel and put them in the oven (DO NOT LIGHT THE OVEN) and in about 7-8 hrs, sometimes over night if its cold, you will have long healthy sprouts. you can eat it as is or with onion, tomato, cilantro and lemon juice thrown in...its yummy
