Ingredients



    Cucumber (peeled), 2.5 large (8-1/4" long) (remove)
    *1 med yellow onion, 0.25 serving (remove)
    Dill weed, fresh, 5 sprigs (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (remove)
    Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    Salt, 3 dash (remove)
    *Pepper, white, 1 tsp (remove)

Tips

*Use fat free or low fat yogurt for a lower calorie recipe.
*You can omit some of the salt and add more lemon juice or a dash of vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar) if you are on a low sodium diet. The results will be similar.


Directions

You can peel the cucumbers or leave the peels on, whichever you prefer. I cut the cucumbers in half and then slices. Cut celery in bite size pieces and finely chop dill. Add all ingredients together in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
